Our Impact
We were experiencing challenges in cohering well and supporting one another in a busy team distributed across matrix teams, with limited time together due to work patterns and travel. We chose Bracket for its very human-centred approach to team culture and collective diagnosis of blockers and opportunities in improving different dimensions of teamwork. Bracket’s approach was brilliantly levelling, helping us collectively own and take actions toward addressing challenges and opportunities. The diagnostic tool is a helpful guide to support a programme of work, embedding trust and accountability for sustained change. I highly recommend Alison and Bracket as partners in your change journey!

Our team was adapting to hybrid working and had recently grown by about 50%. We wanted everyone to feel equally part of the team and learn effective ways of working together, enabled by a strong sense of purpose. The away day was really stimulating and worked to get all team members actively involved. What made it so impactful was the work the Bracket team did before and after: interviews with team members to understand perspectives and then a written report to help us integrate our ideas. This ensured we were furnished with practical actions to drive change. If you’re looking for some expert help to run your next team-focussed awayday, then Bracket can definitely help!

We wanted a workshop for one of our leadership Alumni communities that would re-energise and offer fresh insights on the topic of culture. We had seen a great talk from Alison and loved the five-pillar framework and how adaptive it would be in our context, which spans many types of teams and research centres. Alison was thoughtful and deeply engaged in understanding the type of event we wanted to create, taking the time to listen and understand what this community most needed. Alison designed and facilitated a participatory and meaningful session, bursting with insights and new ideas. Practical, clarifying and insightful, the framework and assessment tool allowed participants to reflect, prioritise action, and leave really energised, with long-lasting insights.
