She worked as a theatre journalist for five years before freelancing, with clients including the National Year of Reading 2008, Arts Council England, National Campaign for the Arts and the Bloomberg Media Futures Conference. Laura North is a copywriter and has been providing editorial consultancy and writing for organisations for ten years. She enjoys working collaboratively, loves writing and is very committed to projects that she works on. She was editor for Society of London Theatre for five years, writing about theatre for a website, newsletter and a magazine; website editor for the National Year of Reading 2008, a Department of Culture, Media and Sport initiative; and web content and communications officer for the University of the Arts London. Laura has provided web editing and copywriting for clients including Arts Council England, National Campaign for the Arts and the Bloomberg Media Futures Conference. She has also written for publications including Brand Republic and The Telegraph. She is also a published children’s book author. Her first book came out in 2009, and she has three further titles published by Hachette in 2010.
